Babysitter

What is included?

Access to our babysitter pool (subject to availability)
Upfront placement fee required set by agency
Hourly rate is set by Babysitter
All bookings required and communication will be directly with your Babysitter after introduction

Standard Nanny placement

What is included?

• Client will pay the agency a placement fee after a nanny has been chosen by you

• Advertising (if you cannot find what you're looking for in our pool)
• Introduction to pre-vetted nannies (initial interview by the agency)
• Client handles contract, payroll & legal setup such as DBS, right to work & references (No admin or onboarding support)
• No refund for DBS/First Aid costs

Premium nanny placement

What is included?

• Client will pay the agency a placement fee after a nanny has been chosen by you

• Advertising (if you cannot find what you're looking for in our pool)

• Full admin/onboarding support - initial interview, DBS Check, references and right to work checks.
• Employment contract templates provided if requested.
• DBS check and First Aid (if required) refunded once placement fee is fully paid
• No placement fee for emergency babysitting service (subject to availability)

EMERGENCY Babysitter

We understand that unexpected childcare needs arise, and we are here to help. We try our absolute best to provide backup childcare last minute for you so you do not have to cancel your plans.

Please note this this is subject to availability.

What's Included?

Last minute emergency childcare arranged
We require at least 24 hours notice however 48 hours notice works best for all.
Upfront placement fee required.

HOUSEkeepers & Cleaners

We offer an introductory service to connect families with trusted, reliable cleaners based on your household needs.

1. Select from Our Trusted Cleaner Pool
- We provide you with profiles of cleaners already vetted and registered with us.
- You choose who best suits your household needs
- Upfront placement fee required once worker has been chosen by you

2. Custom Cleaner/Housekeeper Search & Advertising (if you cannot find what you're looking for in our pool)
- You choose your preferred candidate.
- Upfront placement fee deposit required.
