At Nannies Hub & Co, we understand the importance of finding the right person to care for your child. That’s why our recruitment process is thorough and comprehensive. We only select candidates who have been carefully screened and vetted, using reputable recruitment sites like Indeed. When you choose us, you can rest assured that your child is in the safest and most nurturing hands possible.
Someone from our team will contact the successful candidates and send across an in depth application form to gather more details such as employment history, work experience and hobbies and arrange a face to face or Zoom interview with them shortly after.
Providing they are successful we carry out the following checks

Right to Work in the UK
Once we have received all relevant documentation our nannies will have an induction and training on our Parent App so they can use with confidence to keep you up to date.
Once the family has completed a Parent Registration Form and signed our T&C's they will be able to screen the right nanny for their family themselves.
Parents Can:
